As we are all aware, despite my love of trainers and all things Adidas, I'm pretty much as girly as it gets (most of the time). So naturally I was excited to see the full release of the Spring 2016 collection, a collaboration between Cartoon Network and Jeremy Scott. Some people might think of this as utter madness, but if you've been keeping up, after the whole Spongebob and Barbie collections, I don't even think many of us are surprised by it anymore, but nonetheless we are fascinated to see the outcomes. Every collection seems to be pop culture-centric in some way, and many of us will remember seeing the adorable trio that is The Powerpuff Girls on our telly boxes when we were young(er). The show is due to return to television at some point this year I believe, so it's amazing publicity, and the super girls that make up The Powerpuff Girls do look rather fetching as cute little bags I must say.
My personal favourite piece is this bright green knitted sweatshirt with all 3 of the girls on. I love the vivid colours, it's just amazing. It'd look great just with some black skinny jeans and some Adidas Superstars. With a jumper like that you can keep the rest of the outfit simple. Unfortunately I don't have £371 to spend on one item of clothing, because a girl's gotta eat, so if I wanted to partake in the Powerpuff fun I'd just have to go for this cute little phone case or something. A lot of the collection is available now on farfetch.com!
See the full SS16 show below, it's definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it already. They always put on one hell of a show!
